Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable professional looking to join a dynamic team in the landscaping industry? We are a growing full-service landscape company, and we’re seeking a dedicated individual with at least 3 years of experience to manage our accounts receivable operations.

Position Overview

As the Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining customer records, and handling billing processes with accuracy and professionalism. You’ll work closely with our clients and internal team to resolve any payment discrepancies and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage invoicing, billing, and collection processes
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
Communicate with clients regarding payment terms and balances
Resolve payment discrepancies and apply necessary adjustments
Prepare financial reports and assist with audits as needed
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and billing systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Office Suite
