Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to their office, ensuring a smooth operation and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and a strong background in clerical and accounting tasks.

Duties:

Manage the front desk, answering phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
Provide administrative support to the front office, including preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records.
Assist with accounting tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
Utilize phone systems to make and receive calls, as well as manage scheduling and appointments.
Assist with budgeting and tasks, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Coordinate and plan events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
Perform other administrative duties as required, including data entry and mail distribution.

Experience:

Proven experience in office management.
Strong background in administrative and clerical tasks.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Experience with Quickbooks and some accounting.
Proficiency in office management software and phone systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
