Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to their office, ensuring a smooth operation and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in office management and a strong background in clerical and accounting tasks.
Duties:
- Manage the front desk, answering phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative support to the front office, including preparing documents, filing, and maintaining records.
- Assist with accounting tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
- Utilize phone systems to make and receive calls, as well as manage scheduling and appointments.
- Assist with budgeting and tasks, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Coordinate and plan events and meetings, ensuring all logistical details are taken care of.
- Perform other administrative duties as required, including data entry and mail distribution.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office management.
- Strong background in administrative and clerical tasks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Quickbooks and some accounting.
- Proficiency in office management software and phone systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
