Job Description:

The English Chat Support role involves engaging in interactive and creative communication with customers/subscribers through Instant Messaging to deliver a personalized experience that meets their needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Respond to subscribers' messages promptly and engage in casual, engaging conversations.
Use creative communication skills to provide a personalized and enjoyable experience for subscribers.
Follow company and client policies and guidelines.
Maintain detailed records of subscriber interactions and any issues that arise.
Achieve daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.

Job Requirements:

Must have a deep understanding of the cultural context and communication styles of the United States or the United Kingdom.
Familiar with customs and everyday language idioms commonly used in the United States or the United Kingdom.
Excellent English communication skills, particularly in conversational and creative writing.
Ability to work in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision.
Flexibility in working hours and strong commitment to the role.
Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
Experience in customer service and/or business process/technology support is beneficial but not mandatory.
