Job Description:
The English Chat Support role involves engaging in interactive and creative communication with customers/subscribers through Instant Messaging to deliver a personalized experience that meets their needs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to subscribers' messages promptly and engage in casual, engaging conversations.
- Use creative communication skills to provide a personalized and enjoyable experience for subscribers.
- Follow company and client policies and guidelines.
- Maintain detailed records of subscriber interactions and any issues that arise.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for chat interactions.
Job Requirements:
- Must have a deep understanding of the cultural context and communication styles of the United States or the United Kingdom.
- Familiar with customs and everyday language idioms commonly used in the United States or the United Kingdom.
- Excellent English communication skills, particularly in conversational and creative writing.
- Ability to work in a virtual team environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility in working hours and strong commitment to the role.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
- Experience in customer service and/or business process/technology support is beneficial but not mandatory.
