Job Title: Social Media Brand Agent

Location: Los Angeles, CA (MANDATORY)

Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 (Open to negotiation, excluding commision)

Company Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Brand Agent to join our client's dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of up to 40 social media influencers, helping them navigate brand partnerships, negotiate deals, and develop strategies to grow their online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Management: Oversee up to 40 social media influencers, managing their brand partnerships and day-to-day social media activities.
Communication: Review and respond to emails, handle inbound opportunities, and conduct outreach to brands on behalf of clients.
Content and Strategy Development: Create media kits, develop social media strategy guides, and traffic funnel strategies tailored to each client's audience.
Negotiation: Negotiate deals including contracts, pricing, and deliverables, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
Research: Conduct thorough research on products and promotions, and perform KYC checks on companies and brands.
Design: Utilize Canva for creative design tasks and to create visually appealing content for client presentations.
Platform Management: Familiarity with the Sponsor United platform to enhance client brand partnerships.
CRM & Payment Oversight: Manage CRM systems and collaborate with the CFO to oversee payment processes.
Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of each client’s follower base and market positioning to drive successful campaigns.

Experience and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing, brand negotiation, or a related field.
Proven experience in deal negotiation.
Skills:
Proficiency in Canva or other creative design tools.
Familiarity with the Sponsor United platform (preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
