We are looking for a Customer Operations Representative who will be responsible with collecting tenant's rents and providing best in class customer service.
Role and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action
- Liaise with the financial department in case of misunderstandings regarding the origins of the debts
- Regular reporting on financial performance
- Ability to understand the agreement mechanism
- Process requests from tenants, distribute them to the responsible department and follow the query until it’s successfully completed
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Preparing and sending notifications and information to tenants by e-mail
- Suggest additional measures or actions to be taken based on each tenant’s activity
- Maintaining the highest standard of quality and quantity of responses on all Customer related topics
- Tenant engagement mapping – propose, draw, implement, improve
- Tenant management
- Asset enhancement
Requirements and skills
- University degree: Master’s degree in Business or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years experience in collection/call center
- Experience in Real Estate or Account management are considered a plus
- Negotiation skills
- Financial modeling skills including cash flow analysis are considered a plus
- Fully understanding property management and its financial aspects
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Professionalism
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with a team-oriented mindset are key components of this position
