Requirements
● Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on invoicing systems.
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
● Strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
● Utilize Google Platforms to extract relevant data and generate detailed reports related to client accounts.
● Based on Google Platform reports, create POs in the ERP system.
● Ensure invoices align with client agreements, pricing structures, and any special terms.
● Work closely with clients to understand their invoicing requirements and address any questions or concerns.
● Collaborate with the Customer Service team to gather necessary information for billing, including updates on services or changes in client needs.
● Validate the accuracy of billing information sourced from GMP platforms before issuing invoices. ● Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to client accounts. ● Maintain organized and complete documentation of all billing-related activities.
● Record and track any changes, adjustments, or credits associated with invoicing.
