About You:- You are an excellent communicator who thrives in an environment of collaboration, feedback, and thoroughness. You love to talk to new people and interacting with our patients on a day-to-day basis lights you up.
- You are organized! We have a soft spot for those who love a good to-do list and are great at optimizing their schedules (with autonomy). *extra points for a love of color coordination and post-its.
- You can multi-task - you have excellent 360 awareness, you can handle multiple projects that happen simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person is the gatekeeper for our business and needs to be able to manage multiple things at once to keep the system running smoothly.
- You are adaptable, flexible, and a fast learner.
Your key performance objectives:- Ensure high patient satisfaction - effectively lead yourself to anticipate and be attentive to the needs of all patients and prospective patients. Deploy best practices and processes in all aspects of operations and handle or escalate patient questions and needs with empathy, efficiency, and effective communication.
- You lead by example with a strong sense of urgency and help create a professional, fun, and inclusive environment aligned to the needs of anyone in the RPS community.
- Be highly adaptable in day-to-day business operation functions, while upholding policies and procedures - this includes but is not limited to:
- Leading yourself and contributing to the team's success through the patient care journey in our practice.
- Keeping the environment welcoming to patients and team members, keeping a positive mindset, and being motivated by the success of not just yourself, but your team members and the business as a whole.
- The organization of the practice is largely due to your daily work. This role has a big emphasis on administrative duties such as schedule maintenance, leading the point of sale system in all transactions, building and maintaining relationships with the patients and their guests (giving them the red-carpet experience), and ensuring all systems in our office are well-kept and maintained.
You have proven performance in:- Hospitality, retail or customer service role - beauty and aesthetic experience is strongly preferred however not required
- Working on a team and being a part of a team-based environment
- Office or administrative experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain positive and upbeat attitude in high-volume situations
Nice to have but not required:- Customer service or hospitality background
- Medical experience
Physical requirements:- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing
- Extended periods of computer and phone usage
- Being on-site for all shifts
