KEY POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

This is a limited two-month contract position with no guarantee of future full-time employment (but the opportunity may arise)
This is considered a Client Services support role
To be on-site in downtown San Diego office on Mondays and Thursdays each week
Seeking person to support in the global content distribution through proprietary Content Management Systems (CMS) for Microsoft's digital retail applications
Enjoys the diligence of the details, keeping partners and clients on track for success
Cares about outcomes to make sure all the moving pieces are accounted for
Knowledge in technical projects such as websites and native applications a plus
Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and/or JSON beneficial, but not required

YOUR SPECIFIC ROLE

You will be contributing to the agency by distributing client’s content into several digital retail applications at a global scale. You will be supporting the daily requests and upload of content for brand, product, and retail partners. You will be helping with follow-through on requirements, coordinating resources, and preparing creative artifacts within a proprietary CMS. Overall making sure the content necessary for success is landing correctly and on time.

In this role you may also help in making creative team requests, supporting in the QA of content, and managing relevant tasks for the creative success of the content.

Oversee the upkeep of content through our proprietary content management system (CMS).
Manage partners to deliver against creative and technology deliverables.
Conduct regular audits of graphics, videos, and copy to maintain high standards of quality.
Implement content on a daily, weekly basis.
Solicits and organizes all required information to deploy content packages effectively.
Ensure timeline planning, scheduling, and execution of the correct assets required for campaign pushes.
Implement process improvements for better overall experience with partners.
Support in the process and adoption of any new requirements or testing scenarios.
Maintain documentation of content updates.
Respond to and escalate incidents as necessary, ensuring quick resolution with minimal disruption.
Learns quickly with the ability to self-start your day.
Interested in basic HTML and JavaScript functions, with willingness to learn foundations.
Show a strong commitment to building and maintaining positive client relationships.
Proactively take ownership of assigned tasks.
Capable working with a diverse team including designers, copywriters, and developers.
Exhibit attention to detail, ensuring all client requests and expectations are met.
Comfortable in having conversations as needed to course correct, no matter how tough.
