Lifecycle Marketing Associate
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Associate who will strategize and execute a plan to increase
engagement and retention across all key member segments.
You will create compelling campaigns and workflows that address customer pain points throughout the
member journey, positively influence brand perception, customer consideration, and sub-upgrade
opportunities, support loyalty, and satisfaction, and improve customer retention and LTV.
● Strategize, manage and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns and programs that drive
engagement, increase customer tenure and LTV across the funnel.
● Conduct in-depth customer segmentation analysis to tailor marketing programs to specific
audience needs and behaviors throughout the TSS lifecycle as well as design win-back campaigns
to increase reactivations.
● Collaborate with cross-functional team members across marketing, data analytics, and
technology, to ensure seamless execution of engagement and loyalty initiatives.
● Increase Monthly Active Users by partnering with content team members to deliver content
that continues to increase re-engaged and engaged status of TSS members.
● Utilize data analytics and customer insights to build and optimize loyalty programs and campaigns
● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on the success of
engagement and loyalty programs.
● Lead multi-channel strategy focused on email, SMS, push marketing, in-app messaging, and onsite
messaging to increase customer engagement across the customer journey.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor loyalty programs, and emerging technologies to
drive innovation.
● Collaborate with external partners and vendors to enhance loyalty program offerings.
What we’re looking for:
● 3-5 years of growth, lifecycle, and/or engagement marketing experience in a fast-growing startup
environment (loyalty programs a plus!)
● Strong track record of growing retention, engagement, and LTV
● Highly analytical with a strong mindset for growth
● You have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating stellar
collaboration skills, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
● You have proven experience with Iterable and/or other ESPs
● You put the customer first and have a deep desire to personalize, segment, and improve the
customer experience
● In the LA proper is A+ but remote employees are welcome
