Opportunity: Seeking Investment Advisor for Innovative Arts, Entertainment, and Social Impact Company

Role Description: As an Investment Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our company's growth and impact by providing financial backing for our diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with our executive team, you will help identify investment opportunities, assess financial risks and rewards, and structure financing deals that align with our company's mission and values. Your expertise in finance, investment, and strategic planning will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and maximizing their social impact.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate relationships with potential investors, partners, and financial institutions, and secure Seed funding opportunities for the preproduction phase of Dreamer, Season One and our broader arts and entertainment and social media/fintech initiatives; and Series A funding tranches for our company and Dreamer, Season One's production, post-production, and promotional phases. Ideally, most monies secured for our Seed and Series A funding rounds will come from aligned angel investors, venture capital firms, or other avenues so that we maintain as much creative control for Dreamer, Season One’s production as possible
- Evaluate investment opportunities and conduct due diligence on potential projects
- Structure financing deals and negotiate terms with investors and stakeholders
- Monitor and manage project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement financial strategies and business plans
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the arts and entertainment, social impact, and social media sectors
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- Proven experience in finance, investment, or corporate finance, with a focus on media, entertainment, or social impact sectors
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess financial risks and opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for arts, entertainment, and social impact initiatives
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies is a plus
