Are you ready for an adventure? We’re seeking a fearless Account Manager to join our team and lead the charge in building and maintaining relationships with our clients and creating marketing campaigns that are truly out of this world.
As the primary point of contact for your clients, you’ll be the face of our agency.
You’ll be part of a team of marketing experts who thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and possess a strategic mind to lead the charge and ensure that each campaign is executed to perfection and on time.
With your excellent communication and presentation skills, you’ll be able to tell the story of your clients and their campaigns to the world.
You’ll also need to be data-savvy, able to track the performance of your campaigns and use the insights to make recommendations for improvement, and constantly seeking out new opportunities to expand your horizons.

- People person. You are the face of the agency to the client so you need to be great with people.
- Marketing chops. You are a marketing generalist and have broad experience in all digital channels.
- Organized. Ensure that deadlines are being met and the campaigns are achieving the desired result.
Marketing Expertise + Intuitive Client Service = Account Manager
Your primary aim is to grow our clients businesses with effective marketing and champion their success with white glove service.
Your success will be judged by: client retention and marketing results. Provide the absolute best service and drive clear results for them. You are to be their expert marketing guide leading them to growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- 40% Marketing: You’ll be involved inthe planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns in relation to blog writing, SEO, Ads, Newsletters, and Social Media services. You will work closely with marketing team experts to deliver the highest quality work we can.
- 30% Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This includes understanding their needs and goals, managing their expectations, and ensuring satisfaction with the services provided. A significant part of your time is spent communicating with clients, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns.
- 20% Strategy Development + Marketing Implementation: Work closely with the marketing team to execute marketing deliverables that align with your client’s goals. This involves understanding the client’s target audience, identifying KPIs, and tracking campaign performance. A significant part of your time will be spent on brainstorming, executing, and optimization.
- 10% Reporting + Analysis: Analyzing campaign data and providing regular reports to your clients. This includes tracking KPIs, identifying trends, and making recommendations for campaign optimization. A significant part of your time will be spent on data analysis and reporting, ensuring the clients have a clear understanding of campaign performance and ROI.
Position Expectations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and goals, manage their expectations, and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided
- Day to day client conversations and meetings to understand their goals, and to look for Raving Fans opportunities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and tactics that align with the client’s goals, target audience, and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure the successful delivery of marketing campaigns
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reports to your clients, including tracking KPIs, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement and optimization
- Use data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and improve growth for your clients
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges with campaigns
- Visiting with clients in-person as needed, but taking ad hoc phone or video calls throughout the week
- Monthly Meeting preparation (proactive and detailed with brainstorming)
- Setting wins/goals/frogs for each week and month to set up the team for success
- Thorough collaboration with the team to discuss progress, identify potential issues, and ensure client satisfaction (timeline, budget, hours allotted for work, etc.)
- Review and collaborate on the work completed by the Marketing specialists on the team before it is sent to the client
- Maintaining regular communication: Staying in close contact with clients can help them feel valued and understood.
- Devising a raving fans strategic plan: Your overall objective is to increase the profitability of each account and developing a strategic plan is vital to long-term success.
- Quickly solving problems: Establish a set process for how you will address and solve problems when they arise. Intuitive communication is key so make sure you’re being proactive.
- Identify new sales opportunities: Always look for ways to help your clients improve their business with our additional marketing services.
- Assist in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns in relation to blog writing, SEO, Ads, Newsletters, and Social Media services
- Work alongside specialists in implementing content strategies for social media posts, blog writing, ads, and SEO to bring client success
- Research and create blog outlines for blog writers and review/edit the blogs
- Proactively brainstorm and lead the creation of new ad campaigns alongside the Ad specialists and Design Team (trying out new strategies and improving performance at least monthly)

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an account management role, preferably at a marketing agency
- Proven track record of successful marketing experience
- Strong understanding of the marketing industry and the ability to provide strategic solutions to clients

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
