Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a technical sales engineer at Pioneer Machine Sales. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, communicating with clients to understand their needs, and effectively selling machinery and manufacturing solutions. The role also involves providing sales engineering expertise, analyzing customer requirements, and delivering technical presentations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical support experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of metal fabrication and machining
- Experience with machinery and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
You will work from home but travel up to 75% to regional customers.
- Some of the travel will require overnight stays, but you will be home on the weekends.You will be involved with Capital equipment sales and aftermarket equipment.
- You will be responsible for SalesForce funnel management and supplying information on market trends. Attend Regional and National Trades Shows and develop networking opportunities with other divisions and Vendors.
- Complete regular sales calls to develop relationships and foster long-term, ongoing, and repeat sales. Achieve specific sales quotes and goals as outlined for the region.
