Job Summary:
We're seeking an Entry Level Client Success Associate with experience in roles like nanny, family assistant, personal assistant, or house manager, to support the CEO and Account Recruiting Manager in driving sales, fostering customer satisfaction, and ensuring long-term client relationships. This role involves both sales support and recruitment tasks, with an emphasis on nurturing existing client connections and identifying new business opportunities.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO and Account Recruiting Manager in conducting meetings with clients/team members to define job profiles and determine role responsibilities based on organizational and client requirements.
- Support in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to fulfill positions, including assisting in the end-to-end recruiting and talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding, managing recruiting dashboards and documentation.
- Aid in serving as an account manager post recruitment, assisting in onboarding and maintaining relationships with both Assistants and Clients to ensure the success and longevity of placed Assistants.
- Contribute to managing talent searches according to predetermined timelines, assisting in establishing benchmarks and metrics, identifying and resolving bottlenecks, and prioritizing hiring needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, partners, and vendors to proactively identify potential future hires and meet the company’s recruiting objectives.
- Support in building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Assist in recruitment tasks, such as sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews, working closely with the recruitment team to refine service offerings and improve client acquisition processes.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business administration, or customer service.
