Nonstop Administration and Insurance Services, Inc. is on the lookout for a full-time, highly organized Sales and Account Operations Coordinator who can work hand in hand with the Sales and Account Services departments to support a variety of internal and external facing functions. Primary Responsibilities:
The Sales and Account Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Nonstop Sales and Account Services teams.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the Sales and Account Services team with data entry in multiple internal systems, including but not limited to Salesforce & Atlassian systems
- Provide administrative support for proposal development
- Manage deadlines and progress across teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time
- Provide contract support, organization, and setup
- Interact with brokers, prospects, and clients
- Support the Sales and Marketing, Account Executive, and Sales Operations teams as assigned
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 2 years plus in a coordinator position
- 1 year plus of group medical Insurance experience *required
- Must be comfortable sharing your camera during meetings
- Professional experience in the healthcare insurance and healthcare industry
- Comfortable working independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have an analytical mindset
- Must be able to work independently and remotely
- Well-organized and responsible
- Advanced problem-resolution skills and communication abilities
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills
- Experience working in Macbook and Google Suite environments
- Experience working with Salesforce and Atlassian systems

- Full-time/NonExempt/Hourly
- Salary is $60,000
- Fully remote position (WFH)

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day
- Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally
- Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone
- Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen.
