Description:
Charts & Darts is looking for a highly detail-oriented media manager to join our close-knit, collaborative, and rapidly growing team. At Charts+Darts, this position will manage all stages of the media planning and buying process to set up, launch, and optimize complex media campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, programmatic, SEM, etc. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical and strategic aspects of ad operations inclusive of tagging and pixel implementation. You will work closely with our external media partners and internal media team to support multiple client campaigns from conception to launch.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily execution of paid media campaigns across multiple digital media channels, including social, programmatic, SEM, etc.
- Conceptualize and implement strategies for campaign creation with a particular focus on audiences, targeting, media mix, tactics, and budget.
- Monitor campaign performance and execute strategic optimizations to meet and exceed established KPI’s and targets.
- Develop, maintain, analyze, and communicate detailed reporting of campaigns.
- Generate detailed analysis and projection models of campaign performance via analytics and reporting.
- Strategize, develop and implement tagging and ad ops requirements based on client needs and campaign objectives.
- Maintain proper budget pacing across various clients, channels, tactics, creative.
- Run A/B and multivariate tests on ad units, landing pages, creative, messaging, and other variables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with overall client business goals.
- Keep up to date with best practices and media strategies.
- Help prospect and explore new potential advertising solutions and trends.
- Perform competitive research, market insights, and other tasks as needed.
- Develop and own relationships with media vendors.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing, buying and optimizing paid ads across Meta, TikTok, and Google ad products (SEM, open web, YouTube)
- 3+ years of experience and high proficiency across Google Analytics, Google Tags Manager, and Google data studio
- Experience with programmatic display, video, and CTV
- Strong understanding of and ability to perform ad ops responsibilities, including tagging and pixel implementation
- Ability to strategize, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expert level MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, vlookup, etc.)
