Looking for a STRONG Marketing Manager to focus on digital marketing as well as brand strategy! This is for a small CPG brand that's entering a new growth stage. Super exciting role where this person can connect all channels through brand voice and messaging. MUST work in-office 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
- Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Identify target audiences and tailor campaigns to engage and convert them effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Content Marketing:
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure high-quality, relevant, and engaging content.
- Distribute content through various channels and measure its effectiveness.
Email & SMS Marketing:
- Execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns for both B2b and B2C
- Segment email lists based on customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.
- Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for higher open and click-through rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Track expenses and ROI for each campaign and marketing channel.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, design, content, IT) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or relevant experience in related field.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
