LiveCraft is seeking a talented and results-driven Creator Partnerships Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on working with affiliates, influencers, and content creators. Bonus points for interest/experience in live streaming, social commerce, and gaming platforms. This individual should be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record of success in leveraging social media platforms, with specific experience in TikTok/TikTok Shop.
Job Description: The Creator Partnerships Manager will take charge of overseeing creator campaigns on TikTok Shop, with a focus on short-form videos, affiliate content, and shoppable livestreams. They will lead the sourcing of TikTok creators using TikTok’s Affiliate Management tool and other creator management platforms.
Moreover, the Creator Partnerships Manager will execute affiliate campaigns on TikTok Shop, which includes identifying suitable TikTok creators, crafting campaign messaging, and leveraging TikTok’s affiliate and creator marketplace resources. Following each campaign, they will compile comprehensive reports detailing the achieved successes.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator & Content Management:
- Identify and cultivate relationships with affiliates, influencers, and content creators in both the TikTok Affiliate Center and externally.
- Serve as the intermediary between LiveCraft and the client, overseeing the transfer of all deliverables and managing the entire process of sourcing, contracting, and handover with creators from start to finish.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage and retain affiliate partners while driving incremental GMV for clients.
- Collaborate with influencers to create compelling content that aligns with LiveCraft client brand objectives.
- Craft creative briefs for creators and contribute to the development of engaging pitch decks internally.
TikTok Marketing:
- Utilize TikTok as a platform for marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends and best practices to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Create and implement TikTok-specific marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
Campaign Coordination:
- Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Content Development:
- Work closely with influencers and content creators to develop engaging and on-brand content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on affiliate and influencer management.
- Proven experience working with TikTok as a marketing platform.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with influencer relations, specifically within TikTok
- Knowledge of TikTok Shop and TikTok Affiliate Programs
- Knowledge of streaming culture
This position is full-time and reports to our Director of Social Commerce.
This role is remote, with the core LiveCraft team operating in PST hours. Occasional travel may be required to participate in client meetings or events, and to attend team building, training, and mentoring events.
