Position Overview:
Core Career Advisors is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, content marketing, and social media & traditional media management, with a proven track record of working with Active Campaign. This role requires exceptional writing skills, a strategic mindset, the development and placement of marketing campaigns, and the ability to measure and report on marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Public Relations (PR):
· Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand visibility, exposure, and reputation.
· Build and maintain strong media connections to secure coverage in relevant publications.
· Craft compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
Content Marketing:
· Create and manage content marketing campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
· Write, edit, and publish high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, and whitepapers.
· Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing content.
Active Campaign Management:
· Design and implement email marketing campaigns using Active Campaign.
· Segment email lists and personalize email content to maximize engagement.
· Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
Social Media Expertise:
· Create, Develop, and execute social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, IG, YouTube, Facebook).
· Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
· Monitor social media trends and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
Performance Measurement and Reporting:
· Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
· Provide regular reports on key metrics, including engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
· Make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
· Collaborating with contract vendors and Core staff to assess and analyze marketing analytics, including website traffic and other metrics.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in public relations, content marketing, and social media management working with B2B and B2C Audiences.
· Strong connections within the media industry and the ability to build new relationships.
· Proficiency in using Active Campaign for email marketing.
· Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Provide portfolio and examples of work with corporate references.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in career coaching, HR Outplacement, Recruitment or professional development industry.
· Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
