We're currently in search of a Talent Team Manager to join our team. We are seeking for someone with 4-5 years of experience in talent management and/or influencer marketing, preferably within the lifestyle, beauty, health and wellness and home category, as well as experience managing team members and contractors. A strong network of contacts and experience with creative talent campaigns will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities:- Manage the talent team and implement systems as our roster and brand partnerships grow
- Foster consistent communication with our talent roster, providing strategic guidance across all aspects of their business, including social media, industry trends, brand collaborations, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and nurture new and existing relationships with brands and agencies, collaborating closely with our internal Brand Partnerships team to generate deal flow and achieve revenue targets.
- Manage partnerships with talent from contract negotiation through campaign completion, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Lead the execution of digital campaigns, brand partnerships, and talent engagement initiatives, ensuring excellence in delivery and client satisfaction.
- Generate innovative and strategic business ideas and opportunities tailored to each talent's unique strengths, successes, and development goals.
- Represent talent in contract negotiations, overseeing the entire contract process
- Conduct research to identify and discover new talent with strong potential for partnership.
- Manage partnerships with talent from contract negotiation through campaign completion, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Take ownership of ongoing initiatives, clarifying roles within account teams and providing guidance and resources to facilitate goal achievement and client success.
- Expand and nurture a network of influential relationships with talent agents, managers, publicists, and other industry stakeholders.
- Implement strategic collaborations between our podcast division to facilitate omni-channel opportunities/camapaigns
- Monitor industry news and trends, sharing insights and updates with the team.
- Prepare and lead weekly client calls and in-person meetings alongside senior team leadership.
- Contribute to the new business process, conducting research, preparing proposals, and participating in pitch presentations.
Qualifications:- 4-5 years of talent management and/or influencer marketing experience required.
- Preferably located in Los Angeles or New York.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, boutique agency environment.
- Proven track record of creative problem-solving and a willingness to take on diverse assignments and projects.
