We’re very proud to be working with one of the world's biggest companies as part of their reworked International Marketing function. The recently formed team sits across UK and US time zones with a simple goal of delivering seamless and simple project management, and we’re looking for a US-based campaign lead.
We are recruiting an exceptionally organized Campaign Manager to deliver multiple concurrent campaigns for one of our biggest clients.
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Spearheading all daily client communications, participating and where appropriate leading calls, daily updates and forward planning
- Liaising with other stakeholders in the process, aligning on client timelines and priorities
- Clearly communicating internally and externally any roadblocks, recommending solutions and escalating where necessary
- Internal briefing, asset management, QA, platform user set up, and general project coordination from soup to nuts.
- Daily handovers to the production team based in the UK
- Campaign and platform reporting (simple usage summary vs deep insight)
- Managing the change request process, and ensuring necessary documentation and client sign-off is adhered to.
- Advising on efficiencies to apply both internally and externally
- Creation and implementation of process documentation across internal teams, client/ customer, and 3rd parties
- Maintaining client/ customer brand guidelines and standards across deliverables
WHAT SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE:
- Proven track record in excellent client-facing project management experience (5y +)
- Exceptionally well organized to manage a high volume of requests, assets and deadlines from multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal)
- A good understanding of ad format, video format and audio format terminology
- An iron fist in a velvet glove, to make sure everything runs seamlessly and on schedule
- Understanding and experience using After Effects and Photoshop will be a benefit
- Solid experience in CRMs, project management tools (Air Table and Monday.com) and customer support software
