Position: Marketing Coordinator
Location: West Jordan, UT
Reports to: Director of Marketing
The X3 Marketing Coordinator is an exciting hybrid role. Your efforts will be split between B2B and B2C strategies. The Coordinator will work directly with the Director of Marketing to execute the 2024 Marketing Plan, support other departments, develop new marketing skills, and promote our category, Workforcing.
Job DutiesThere will be two main parts for this position.
Marketing (~75%) Develop and execute strategies across multiple marketing channels, some of which may include SEO, paid search, paid social, organic social, word of mouth, website design, CRO, traditional marketing, and email.
Events & Swag (~25%)
Manage all internal inventory, including PPE, anniversary gifts, print advertising, shipping, event communications, and more.
With help from the Director of Marketing, we will identify your strengths and goals to set you up on a successful career path. Specific marketing duties will be defined within your first three months.
Key Objectives:The marketing department has four main objectives
- increase employee retention
- attract new applicants
- support sales with resources and other assets
- assist with open job orders.
All job duties and responsibilities will align with these four main objectives, which will help X3 reach its revenue targets and promote Workforcing.

Performance ExpectationsThis is a growth position. We want to help you grow as a marketer and individual and gain incredible skills. You will be expected to challenge yourself and those around you. We follow the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) methodology, which means you will have quarterly rocks (KPIs) that will help you grow and contribute to the growth of X3.
This person is expected to come in and start learning the industry, our category language, and the X3 way. They are expected to be proactive, ask questions, and challenge existing strategies.

Pay: $40k - $55k
Experience:0-2 years. We’re looking for an individual who is a college graduate, looking to start a marketing career, or is a few years in and looking for the opportunity to explode!
The Hiring Process:Top qualified applicants will be asked to participate in an initial 15-30 minute phone or video screening and, if selected, a subsequent 1-hour in-person interview at the X3 office with the Director of Marketing. Finalists will then participate in a 1-hour interview with a member or two of the executive team. Those who interview in person will be notified by phone or email of a decision.
