Seeking a proficient Machine Learning Engineer to enhance our team's AI and ML initiatives. Recent computer science graduates are encouraged to apply. Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in mathematics and computer science, encompassing areas like probability, statistics, and algorithms.
Strong skills in Python programming and familiarity with key machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn and pandas.
Deep knowledge of machine learning frameworks, such as Keras or PyTorch, is essential.
Understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture principles.
Expertise in managing, visualizing, and manipulating large datasets.
Ability to select and optimize hardware for running ML models with specific performance criteria.
An innovative mindset with a strong passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry developments.

Responsibilities:

Develop machine learning models aligned with business objectives, along with tracking metrics.
Research, transform, and implement data science prototypes, applying suitable algorithms and tools.
Train, retrain, and maintain machine learning systems and models.
Design and optimize data pipelines for efficient feeding of machine learning models.
Contribute to the enhancement of existing machine learning libraries and frameworks.
Source and manage datasets suitable for model training purposes.
Ensure data quality and integrity, including necessary data cleaning processes.
Define and execute preprocessing and feature engineering strategies for various datasets.
Focus on model training and hyperparameter tuning to achieve optimal results.
Analyze model errors and develop strategies to address and mitigate them.
Deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
