Tasks
As part of our growth, we offer a new career opportunity as a Financial Assistant within our company. The chosen person will have the following responsibilities:
Administrative:
- Handling emails/calls
- Managing routine administrative tasks
- Managing the relationship with the bank
- Participating in the preparation of accounting files for the accounting firm
Accounting:
- Managing supplier accounting (data entry, payments, discount tracking)
- Retrieving supplier invoices through various channels (mail, email, portal)
- Verifying supplier invoices before payment
- Recording accounting invoices
- Bank reconciliations
Requirements
PROFILE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree (Bac + 3/Bac + 5) in accounting, finance, or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in French
- Proficiency in English
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with strong organizational skills
- Proficient in office tools, as well as spelling and grammar rules
