Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our client’s team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping the client’s customers troubleshoot technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience using live chat. Your expertise in customer service and technical troubleshooting will be essential in maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support via email and chat.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting technical issues with a focus on timely and accurate solutions.
- Utilize Intercom, Zendesk, or similar customer support systems to manage and track customer interactions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex issues.
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation and resources.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a technical environment.
- Familiarity with customer support systems such as Intercom, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international customers and clients.
