Role and Responsibilities: As a Director, you will set the standard for excellence in the following areas:
- Supervise and manage all phases, aspects, and staff for the implementation of Debit, Credit, ATM, and Core processing services.
- Develop and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, actively mentoring and contributing to metric driven performance management and recruitment activities.
- Support the sales process by generating RFP responses and participating in sales presentations.
- Consult with clients and internal stakeholders on project feasibility and technical requirements.
- Drive the discovery and scoping process for all project requests.
- Ensure our clients’ card processor configurations are correct, up to date, and aligned with best practices.
- Assist in troubleshooting configuration or product/service functionality issues experienced by clients.
- Initiate and manage projects to correct configuration deficiencies and incorporate regular business enhancements.
- Solve complex problems with rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Build and refine implementation systems, project plans, and department models for new and existing clients.
Key Deliverables:
- Direct, train, and supervise staff on the implementation of Debit, Credit, and ATM products and services.
- Develop and maintain project scoping and discovery processes.
- Foster and maintain continuous dialogue with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Cultivate and enhance positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Develop and continuously improve processes for evaluating client processor configurations.
- Develop and maintain systems for accurately recording and storing client configuration data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in project management or customer support in financial services.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management, organization, and planning skills.
- Ability to set priorities, influence others, and manage customer expectations.
- Ability to communicate and translate technical concepts at all levels.
- Proven success in customer relationship management.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Office 365).
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Visa’s payment processing systems.
- Understanding of Visa DPS reseller space.
- Credit union industry experience.
