Be More Digital is a performance marketing agency based in Metro Detroit that is seeking a Digital Media Specialist to manage the day-to-day digital media management responsibilities across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and StackAdapt DSP.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Plan, develop, and implement comprehensive digital media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition, and drive new user acquisition and leads
- Manage the day-to-day execution and optimization of campaigns including bid management, ad trafficking, budget allocation, performance monitoring, and testing.
- Analyze and report on campaign results and present these to senior management on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid campaigns.
- Stay up to date with digital media trends and industry developments.
- Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, and reconcile discrepancies.

The position is designed to be contract-to-hire and is fully remote. The Digital Media Specialist is expected to work 40 hours/week for the initial 90-day period.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong grasp of paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google Ads and Bing), retargeting, and content discovery platforms.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting, with a working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Supermetrics, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Experience with multiple platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
