Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate and helpful information
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers
- Manage customer accounts, update records, and ensure all relevant information is up to date
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Strive to meet or exceed customer service metrics, such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related field
- Exceptional customer service skills, including patience and empathy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
