About the Role: We have an immediate opening for a Learning & Customer Success Specialist (L&D). This role involves leading implementation and services delivery for Skyllful’s customers, prospects, and training content development partners. You will work with multi-billion-dollar enterprises to redefine how they provide systems training to their thousands of mobile workers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the customer point-of-contact, coordinate regular customer communication, and serve as the point person for questions about project functionality/scope.
- Monitor and proactively communicate project budgets, scope adherence, and timelines to stakeholders and outsourced content development partners and provide regular status updates to Skyllful leadership.
- Allocate and manage resources, including customer subject matter experts and Skyllful’s outsourced training content development partners.
- Conduct discovery of customer’s training objectives and requirements.
- Translate and document customer application workflows for Learning and Development Specialists.
- Define business and program success metrics with the customer and monitor them in the Skyllful dashboard.
- Assist in facilitation on the Skyllful Certification Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Engage with customers to understand their training needs, provide solutions to enhance their learning experience, and be the customer advocate.
- Customer Success Reviews: Conduct monthly reviews and provide analysis to enhance customer experience and optimize platform usage.
- Consulting Support: Offer advice and support on best practices for utilizing the Skyllful platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales to support customer acquisition and retention.
- Vendor/Partner Management: Manage relationships with outsourced partners for training content development, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
- Content Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and update engaging and relevant training content.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage projects within the Learning and Customer Success team.
- Actively participate in presales discussion and support
- Certification Training: Develop and deliver certification training programs on the Skyllful platform.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Product Expertise: Expert in the Skyllful platform. Provide input to product development stakeholders on ways to improve the Skyllful platform based on customer feedback and training experience.
Competencies:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience creating curriculum or supporting training programs in a customer-facing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Positive and energetic presence online and offline.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently.
- Adaptable to changes and competing customer demands.
- Understanding of adult learning principles throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven customer communication and interaction skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience with learning design tools a plus.
