Product Designer Pay And Benefits

Hourly pay: $75-$85/hr
Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (Hybrid in New York, NY 10118, Mountain View, CA 94041, Seattle , WA 98104 or San Francisco, CA or Remote, candidates must be located in the United States)
W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Product Designer Responsibilities

Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process.
Create holistic design solutions that address business, brand and user requirements.
Work with web developers and engineers to deliver final products.

Product Designer Qualifications

6+ years of experience in user experience design or industry experience, specifically in consumer products.
5+ years of experience in leveraging design tools such as Figma, working with design systems, patterns and component libraries.
BA/BS degree in graphic design, design communication, human-computer interaction or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working in Growth initiatives or projects.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (including user research, product management and engineering).
Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
Solid understanding of user-centered and web design principles as well as current web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.).
Ability to present cohesive design approaches to a non-design audience (including business, product and technology teams).
Ability to create information architecture diagrams, wireframes, prototypes and screen flows.
Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines with little supervision.
Ability to grasp multiple product requirements with careful attention to detail.
