Holistic Grants’ Executive Assistant
Hours of Work: 15-20 hours per month
Compensation: $25 per hour
Location: Virtual, Proximity to Minneapolis, MN preferred for team-building opportunities, Flexible Hours
Overview of the Position
Holistic Grants is looking for a detailed-oriented, technology savvy individual who can provide administrative and project management support to our CEO, Christine Schwitzer, and a team of contract writers.
This is a part-time, contract position that is perfect for someone looking for a less stressful work experience and the opportunity to contribute to a vibrant, grounded, and fun team of women working to shift resources into the hands of BIPOC communities.
We welcome you to apply if you have superior organizational skills and love designing and maintaining systems. A basic understanding of nonprofit fundraising is helpful, but not required.

We specialize in expert grant strategy that aligns organizations’ needs to revenue generating opportunities. We support clients across every stage of grant writing and development – from prospect research, funder cultivation, drafting and submitting grants, and award management.

The Role:
- Manage the CEO’s calendar to maximize her efficiency
- Complete various administrative duties for client work, including:
- Tracking and managing workflow using ClickUp, Holistic Grants’ customized project management software
- Creating grant application templates
- Organizing and maintaining client files in Google Docs
- Complete various administrative duties for internal workflow, including:
- Responding to general inquiries
- Provide assistance in the creation of communications to various recipients (clients, team members, community at large)
- Posting electronic content on social media and website
Tools You Will Use
*Helpful to be familiar with these, but willing to develop ideal candidate in specialized systems
Google Suite (especially Google Calendar and Google Drive), Zoom, Microsoft Suite, project management systems (like ClickUp, Asana)
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative or project management role
- Experience managing someone’s calendar
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work remotely, manage time efficiently, and contribute collaboratively to the team
