TallBox is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing for a leading player in the Medicare lead generation niche, specializing in innovative strategies to drive targeted leads and conversions.
About this role:
The recent regulatory changes in the Medicare space are transforming the playing field.
You will be involved in writing the playbook, working with seniors leaders to lead the digital marketing and media buying team to victory.
Digital Marketing leadership experience is a key component as you'll be responsible for leading a team of 9 overseas digital marketing professionals from creative specialists to paid media campaign managers.
In the beginning phase of your tenure, you will run primarily Meta (90%) and AdWords (10%) accounts at scale (7+ digits per month in ad spend).
Additionally, you will utilize our digital marketing and analytics resources to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
Minimum qualifications:
- Recent experience scaling paid media campaigns in the Medicare niche.
- 3+ years of successful experience handling 7 digit per month ad spend in the Medicare niche utilizing Meta and Google Search.
- In-depth understanding of Medicare regulations and recent changes in the Medicare industry.
- Successful experience in managing a team of 6+ direct reports.
- Proven results managing Meta and AdWords campaigns, optimizing campaigns to achieve KPIs and ROI targets
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Ambitious and driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and leading our Media Buying department to success.
- Helping develop a paid ad strategy and aligning campaigns and objectives with recent Medicare and insurance regulations changes to ensure compliance.
- Taking total ownership of the our ad campaigns; utilizing your team of creative specialists, media buyers and analysts to get the job done.
- Collaborating with internal teams to align media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Optimizing campaign performance to improve key metrics such as CPL, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conducting market research and stay abreast of industry trends to inform media buying decisions.
- Painting the full picture on campaign performance to stakeholders, using metrics, data and trends to tell the story.
