Job Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Executive Assistant to support exclusively the CEO. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and excels at managing multiple, ever-changing schedules, meetings, calendars, and coordinating events, travel, and budgets. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex and dynamic schedules for the CEO and occasional extended Executive team, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, documents, and presentations, ensuring executives are well-prepared for all engagements.
- Act as a liaison between the Executive team and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional and effective communication.
- Coordinate and manage events, both internal and external, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor relations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with budget management, including expense tracking, invoice processing, and financial reporting.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Support the Executive team with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment, supporting CEO.
- 6+ years of experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Compensation: From $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
