Contract Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team in developing a healthcare software application. This greenfield project offers a unique opportunity to shape the application from the ground up, ensuring a user-centered design that simplifies complex workflows, introduces operational efficiency, and enhances user engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and effective user interfaces for web applications in the healthcare domain.
- Apply expert knowledge of Figma to create and iterate on UX designs and prototypes.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Participate in user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability and functionality of the application.
- Question and redesign workflows to improve user satisfaction.
- Ensure all versions of project UX/UI designs are clearly communicated to the development team and properly documented.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Expertise in designing and questioning complex workflows to create user-friendly solutions.
- Systematic thinker and doer.
- Expert in Figma.
- Solid understanding of the technical aspects of web application development and integration.
- Demonstrated ability to work pragmatically and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Must be able to show a user interface that you've designed for a web or software application.
- Must be physically located in the United States.
- Must be available to start immediately.
- Must be able to contribute to the team from Day 1.
