The Content Writer for the Marketing Team at Funtico is responsible for crafting engaging narratives and compelling content to promote our games. This role requires experience in content creation, a strong imagination, and familiarity with the gaming industry and web3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop captivating narratives and stories around our games to enhance promotional content.
- Write clear, engaging content for marketing materials to communicate game features, benefits, and experiences effectively.
- Ensure brand consistency across all promotional content and messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand game concepts and translate them into compelling narratives.
- Conduct research on industry trends, player preferences, and market competitors to inform content strategy.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, coherence, and alignment with brand standards.
- Adapt content strategies to meet changing project priorities and marketing objectives.
- Create copywriting for all marketing channels including social media, marketing content, Litepaper, landing pages, Funtico website, etc
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in gaming or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in content writing for web3/blockchain projects
- Experience in working with other marketing teams and providing copywriting content for multiple marketing channels.
- Knowledge of blogging platforms/ tools such as medium.com, wordpress.com or similar tools or platforms
- Strong storytelling skills and imagination to create engaging narratives.
- Exceptional writing ability with attention to detail and grammar.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with gaming industry trends and player preferences.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming culture.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.
