We are looking for a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant to the founder of a Brooklyn based art and home decor company. Trustworthiness, proactivity, and excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and enjoys managing various tasks and errands each day. Alongside the personal aspect, the candidate will also learn the behind-the-scenes operations of our startup, with a focus on fulfillment, specialized projects, and operations. Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and comfortable driving in NYC
- Organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and logistics
- Commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Willingness to enthusiastically complete both high-level and low-level tasks
- Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
- Strong time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing household maintenance appointments
- Running household errands
- Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Assist with special events and projects as required in a support capacity
- Provides administrative support
- 2-3 days per week to support day to day logistics of the founders business (Fulfillment and receiving & Photography support)
