COMPENSATION
100% early stock options. We are a pre-money start-up with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, passionate members contributing sweat equity for early stock option ownership.
ROLE
The DeFT (De-centralized, Flat & Transparent) Director of Operations role, though part-time, is hoped to develop into our principal operations partner to help found and manage an Agile / DAO-based culture and workflow pre + post Seed;
WE ARE SEEKING (someone who):
- is fluent in Agile principals, S.M.A.R.T. goals, and a Web3 / DAO / smart contract principles;
- enjoys being the hub of all communication and knowledge;
- can see an organization's strengths & weaknesses better than anyone;
- has the open bandwidth to contribute part-time sweat equity for an entrepreneurial opportunity;
- preferred: has at least 10 years of hands-on experience in any of: * training / coaching talent at a high-level; * coordinating high-paced cross-functional teams; or * designed & built internal custom task-management and/or communication platforms;
- preferred: has at least 3 years of frontline experience in any of: * high-end & high-volume hospitality operations; * industrial scale HR operations and litigation leadership; * commercial news / media production leadership; * military level officer; * central role in a political campaign or office managament; or * high-level executive assistant or chief of staff;
- is available at least 15 hrs per week consistently;
