JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you socially savvy and always up to date with the latest Tiktok Trends? Do you have a creative flair for designing engaging content? If so, we want you to join our team at Berri Organics as a Social Media Marketing Intern! In this role, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in creating and implementing social media marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Create visually appealing and brand cohesive content for Berri Organic’s social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook. Stay on top of Tiktok and Instagram trends, quick to shoot, and post scroll-stopping content! Our main goal is to build brand awareness and improve engagement, leading to brand recognition.
- Social Media Management: Plan and schedule daily social media posts to ensure a consistent and timely online presence. Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Look for opportunities to partner with other brands for giveaways, identify potential influencers to partner with, etc.
- Social Media Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance weekly to track key metrics v.s. goals, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Campaign Building: Ideate and execute social media marketing campaigns (giveaways, influencer partnerships, in-kind collaborations).

REQUIREMENTS

- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or a related field)
- 1+ year experience working in Marketing, Social Media, or Graphic Design
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and Content Creation
- Graphic design skills and experience with design tools (e.g. Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Creative with a keen eye for detail.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera or can create UGC Content
- Strong written and verbal communication skills – for copywriting, campaign messaging, etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
