The Jameson Group is seeking a Project Coordinator/Account Manager to join their Dental Marketing Team. Jameson provides industry-leading digital marketing services to dental practices across the US. Our services include dental web platforms and management, ongoing marketing services such as local SEO, listings management, social media management, content marketing, call tracking, online ad management, and advanced traffic reporting, just to name a few.
The Project Coordinator/Account Manager role will oversee projects with quality and timeliness.
- Ensure clients needs are met and tracked in the project management system.
- Communicate with clients and interface with internal team members and other vendors to ensure projects are progressing successfully without roadblocks or speed bumps.
- Become a subject matter expert on client scope and understanding goals on ad hoc projects.
- Track, monitor and deliver marketing related tasks and projects for clients.

Role Responsibilities:
- This role reports to the Senior Project Manager
- Facilitate the progression of set project plans. Escalate and assist in problem solving on internal matters when necessary.
- Constant communication through telecommunication with clients to ensure they are meeting deadlines.
- Document meeting notes and action items where necessary.
- Ensure project management software is up to date and data is accurate.
- Collect and organize all information to onboard client projects.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency and or the willingness to learn to work in project management software (eg. Accelo).
- Proficiency in client communication including traditional phone calls and video conferencing.
- Two years working and collaborating in a team environment.
- Experience planning or scheduling projects with multiple tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field. Or the equivalent industry experience (i.e. 4 years of industry experience).
- This is a remote full-time position based in Oklahoma City.
