Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Technical Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, with a focus on creating clear and comprehensive documentation related to conflict resolution and dispute management. You will play a crucial role in communicating complex information in a user-friendly and concise manner to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, training guides, and operational procedures.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.

- Translate complex technical concepts and procedures into easily understandable content for a non-technical audience.

- Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.

- Update and revise documentation based on feedback and changes in processes or technology.

- Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

- Utilize a variety of tools and software to create and manage documentation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the legal or conflict resolution industry.

- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

- Ability to understand and translate complex technical information into clear and concise documentation.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a remote environment.

- Familiarity with mediation and arbitration processes.

- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
