Adecco Creative is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our clients enterprise tech writing team, supporting various platforms across the organization. The role will focus on producing, editing, and maintaining clear, concise documentation that assists developers in monitoring applications, tracking costs, and ensuring governance and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with technical content in a developer environment and be highly autonomous.

This role is fully remote, candidates must be located near NYC, MClean, or Richmond, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

Document Enterprise Platforms: Write and edit technical documentation for internal platforms used across the enterprise, ensuring clarity and accuracy for users at all levels.
Support Developer Experience: Collaborate with the Core Developer Experience Group to create documentation that helps developers monitor applications, track costs, and comply with governance and compliance standards.
Editing & Reviewing: Review and edit platform documentation for grammar, style, and accuracy, ensuring all content aligns with internal standards and requirements.
Content Publishing: Write and format content in Markdown and publish it using GitHub to ensure seamless access and updates across teams.
Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and update documentation as platform changes occur.
Maintain Autonomy: Work independently, managing multiple documentation projects while maintaining a high level of detail and quality.

Key Requirements:

Technical Writing Experience: Proven experience as a technical writer in the technology or software industry, with a focus on platforms or developer tools.
Developer Knowledge: Understanding of developer needs and experience with application monitoring, cost tracking, governance, and compliance within an enterprise environment.
Markdown & GitHub: Proficiency in writing technical content in Markdown and using GitHub to manage and publish documentation.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with enterprise platforms or developer tools.
Familiarity with application monitoring systems, cost management, and compliance tracking.
Previous experience in a highly autonomous technical writing role.
