Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for an experienced professional who thrives in managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing websites for performance and user experience, and creating engaging content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital advertising, SEO/SEM strategies, and CRM management, coupled with a creative flair for designing compelling visuals and videos.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing roles with a strong focus on digital ad campaign, website management and SEO/SEM
- Strong understanding of digital analytics tools and proficiency in data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content
- Experience with WordPress
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools
- Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing software
- Demonstrated creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong project management skills and the ability to be very detail oriented
- Ability to confidently manage 3rd party partnerships
- Knowledge of Google tag manager and it’s interface with Google Ads and WordPress
- Ability to create quarterly marketing proposals to take to Director of Operations for approval
Key Responsibilities
Facebook and Google Ad Oversight:
- Manage all digital ad campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword targeting, ad creation, and performance analysis
- Continuously optimize ads to improve click-through rates, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness
- Utilize Apple Maps to enhance our online presence and visibility, ensuring accurate business information and location details
Website Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of our company website to ensure optimal performance, user experience, and functionality
- Implement strategies to improve website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates
- Develop and execute effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and enhance search engine rankings
- Conduct keyword research, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI
Creative Design Knowledge:
- Create visually appealing and engaging branded digital assets, including graphics, banners, promotional materials, and patient education materials
Email Drip Campaign Creation:
- Design and implement email drip campaigns to nurture leads, drive patient engagement, and promote specials
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems to effectively track and analyze customer interactions, preferences, and behaviors
- Leverage CRM data to personalize marketing campaigns to create leads for sales team
Video Creation:
- Conduct video content for marketing purposes, such creating patient testimonials and editing content for placement on social media
Social Media Management:
- Manage all social media accounts, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement. Ensure the managers/leads are getting you enough content to be able to post twice weekly to each location’s account.
Blog Writing:
- Produce high-quality blog content on relevant industry topics to attract organic traffic, establish thought leadership, and foster audience engagement
- Conduct keyword research and SEO optimization to maximize blog visibility and reach
