The IT Support team maintain all IT systems and hardware used by KINTO employees. We are responsible for supporting the entire business with all IT and IT Security related issues, changes and implementations. We work closely with each other, third party suppliers and our internal customers.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing endpoint patching to adhere to global security standards
- Assist service desk team for advanced level issues
- Contribute to knowledge base for service desk team
- Undertake administrative processes and procedures ensuring that they are followed accurately, diligently and are completed efficiently with minimal supervision
- Ensure user compliance with corporate, IT and security policies
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to line management
- To be the technical lead in wider business projects throughout their life cycle where necessary
- To lead and manage IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring full documentation is readily available for the Service Desk
Requirements
- Technical competency to cover 3rd line responsibilities
- Minimum of 5 years' experience of working in an IT support capacity
- Clearly demonstrates a customer service mind set and ethos through providing user satisfaction and driving a first-class service with the team
- Advanced knowledge of management systems including SCCM, O365, D365 and Azure
- Competent experience of Active Directory, Group Policy Management and VMware
- Good experience of mobile devices such as Android Phones and iPhones
- Good knowledge of small (infrastructure) Project life cycle and delivery
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate clearly and accurately at different levels of staff up to the CEO, both verbally and in writing
- Be able to work calmly under pressure, with the ability to manage potential conflicts and prioritise conflicting demands
- Work effectively in a team environment where the sharing of knowledge is essential.
- Must be able to provide accurate information to all levels of the management team within KINTO
- Able to work independently
