This role combines aspects of an idea therapist, project manager, and resource navigator, making it perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Initial Contact:

Develop and implement lead generation strategies through content marketing, social media, and networking.
Manage initial client interactions, ensuring a swift response and scheduling consultations within 48 hours.

Discovery & Planning:

Conduct detailed client discovery sessions to understand their business needs and challenges.
Prepare tailored proposals and agreements, focusing on clear value propositions and client-specific benefits.
Develop and execute a detailed strategy, including market research, stakeholder interviews, and innovation workshops.

Execution & Management:

Lead project kickoff meetings, set project governance, and assign roles.
Manage the collaborative development process using tools like Slack and ensure regular client updates and feedback incorporation.
Oversee the design, prototyping, testing, and deployment of client projects.

Post-Implementation Support & Evaluation:

Provide comprehensive training and documentation to clients.
Offer ongoing support and performance monitoring to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct project reviews and gather client feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, client service, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with digital tools for project management and client interaction.
