Robert Half's client is a Fortune 500 Insurance company seeking a Creative Project Manager for a remote, 3-month contract role.

Creative Project Manager/Producer

Location: REMOTE (must be able to work in EST or CST time zones)

Duration: 3-month contract w/ possibility for extension

Pay rate: $25-$30/hr

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for meeting with internal stakeholders to gather needs, goals, and project requirements. They will focus on the successful delivery of digital executions across multiple small to medium-sized projects concurrently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Effectively manages the details of multiple digital projects in a fast-paced environment.
Defines project parameters and manages the process workflow, teams, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of the best possible digital output.
Meets with stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations including shifts in prioritization, project scope, deliverables, or timelines.
Work with Copywriters and Graphic Designers to ensure that the digital projects are on track and completed by their respective deadlines.
Develops project plans, functional specifications, schedules, and scopes of work.
Functions as liaison between Digital team and internal customers.
Analyzes and applies efficiency techniques to team processes.
Fosters a productive atmosphere among team members that is conducive to creating superior creative and technical executions.
Able to work variable and flexible hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays in response to business needs.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field of study
A minimum of 2-4 years of project experience i.e. digital production or project management experience within an agency or corporate environment

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Personal passion for digital and mobile technologies coupled with practical experience including designer and developer tasks.
Experience with project management software, preferred
Experience with working with Digital Creatives (developers/content writers/search engine optimization managers), preferred
Desire to be part of a winning team and a self-starter with strong initiative.
Working knowledge of industry standards as they relate to technology and digital experience.
Strong business acumen and networking skills
Ability to form collaborative partnerships and build consensus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Photoshop.
