Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Project Manager to join our product team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of product development projects. This role requires excellent organizational and communications leadership skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet all quality standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing projects related to the development and enhancement of our digital marketing platform. These projects may involve features such as client communication functionalities and data analytics dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with product managers to define project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Break down product requirements into actionable tasks and user stories.
- Develop and maintain project plans using project management methodologies (Agile).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and progressing as planned.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Utilize project management tools to track tasks, deadlines, and resources.
- Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead project teams to deliver high-quality products, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Ensure that all project information is accurately recorded and accessible.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in a SaaS or marketing technology environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
- Experience with digital marketing technologies and platforms is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Gitlab, ClickUp, etc).
Location:
- This position can work remotely or at our Troy, MI office.
- To be eligible for this position, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Compensation:
• $70,000 - $80,000 annually based on experience
