👤 About you
You are a skilled and dynamic individual interested in joining our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR). In this role, you will be the first contact for prospective clients, with the primary objective of generating new sales opportunities for the company.
In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
- Building a database of prospects along with their key decision-makers;
- Generating leads through cold calling and cold emailing campaigns;
- Monitoring KPIs and analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within the Tech or SaaS sectors;
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Pipedrive,
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
We are looking for a person with:
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- The potential to take on more responsibility as the company grows;
- High level of proactivity and energy, with a strong problem-solving aptitude;
- Fluency in Italian and English.
