Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager position requires you to work closely with our Distribution Channels, Architects, Engineers, Owners, and Contractors in selling and specifying our products. 50-70% travel requirement from your home-based office covering Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. Qualified individuals will be energetic, highly motivated, and able to work independently, with a minimum of 2-3 years of outside business-to-business sales experience. This position is full-time with a base, plus commission with residual commissions, sales incentives, company vehicle, health insurance, and other benefits.
Responsibilities
- Establish specifications for product with Architects, Engineers, Design-Build Contractors, Owners
- Present "Box Lunch" type presentations to Engineer and Architect Firms
- Provide product demonstrations to Contractors
- Manage and assist Distribution channels
- Manage projects and opportunities through the sales cycle
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the construction industry or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field experience
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
