Requirements
- Experience troubleshooting issues with Windows / MacOS environments
- Windows 10 and Mac OS experience required
- Interfacing with users for troubleshooting Desktop\laptop issues.
- Smartphone troubleshooting and configuration
- Candidate should be professional, mature and be able to work independently/unsupervised.
- Someone who is friendly and customer-service focused.
- Lots of outdoor walking is required to visit numerous users throughout Work /Entertainment Campus and Studios
- Experience setting up users with functional desktop PC equipment and ensuring appropriate access to application, software suites and domain access
Responsibilities
- Track and Maintain service tickets using ServiceNow
- Report any challenges, roadblocks immediately to Manager
- Provide end user support in a fast-paced environment
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $25 - $32/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
